The patient needs to be admitted only on operation day. Immobilization is done by one side entrance after giving anesthesia. Commonly this kind of entrance is done from right side of femoral nerve. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) particles are injected through immobilization. Which normalize prostate gland size within in 2 to 4 weeks.
